Insul-Fab Mexico Plant Awarded for Customer Service Excellence

Almost every organization strives for top-notch Customer Service. Occasionally, those efforts are recognized by customers in the form of a Customer Service Excellence award. Such was the case when InsulFab’s important customer, Carrier Corporation, recently recognized our Customer Service Department at our Monterrey, Mexico facility.
Accepting the award on our behalf was Marcela Ávila, along with Luis Soto and Alonso Ruiz. Even though they are the face of the organization to the customer, the team that supports them also shares in their success. Without the Production, Quality, Human Resource, Sales, and Purchasing and Materials Department, none of their success is possible.
Although this is the fifth such award from Carrier, Marcela and the team understand full well that customer service can never be content, and must always strive for continuous improvement. That mindset is embodied in Concote’s Quality System, as well as its mission statement, “To grow profitably and sustainably to enhance the prosperity of the Customer, the Company and its Employees.” All three elements are given equal status, understanding that they are interdependent and must work together in order to achieve success. In short, none is more important than the other.
We appreciate the recognition from a valued customer, but with or without it, InsulFab recognizes that each day, week and year, bring a new set of demands that must be met in order to be a top-tier supplier. However, for now, we congratulate our Customer Service Department, company-wide, for their continued contribution to our success!
